We wanted to find a place on the beach where we could chill and Vin could still have some fun in the sand. Chris decided to build an enclosed area so that Vin would have a place to explore but not actually be able to wander off. He moved a few pieces of driftwood and we were set!
Maddy dug a hole behind my chair and curled up for a nap. Kramo followed Vin everywhere he went. It was perfect.

We think Vin saw Kramo sticking his nose into the sand and decided to try a taste of it himself. We're pretty sure that's not going to feel good later ... since we could only get so much of it out of his mouth.
Just checking things out.
I'm sure I've mentioned several times already how Vin loves the belly, and how out of the blue he will pull up my shirt and snuggle with it. Here he not only snuggles with it but he pats it for a while. Great stuff.
Later than night we went back and built a little fire in the same place.
