One of Vin's favorite parts of the beach turned out to be the rocks. Every few feet he would pick up a rock until he couldn't carry any more. Then, he would drop all the rocks he was carrying if he saw another that caught his eye. And he didn't like the pretty colored rocks -- he liked the plain grey rocks.
