Vin is a crazy man. While waiting for the doc he was practically bouncing off the walls -- into every drawer, pulling every toy/book out of the box in the room, pulling the paper off the table (and the entire roll with it), opening the door and trying to escape, pushing the rolling stool from one end of the room to the other ... jeez, it's exhausting me just remembering it! He has so much energy -- and I'm so jealous!!
As for the vaccinations, there were a few tears :( Poor little dude.
He's meeting or exceeding all the developmental milestones, even though he's not saying as many words as I'd thought he needed to be. He does "talk" up a storm though. He tries to form sentences, he points, he agrees or disagrees, he throws little tantrums when he doesn't get his way ... all very typical for this age. One of my favorite things to see is him picking up his own toys (on occasion) and finding a towel to "clean" the floor, the dogs, the chairs, the walls ... great stuff.
Try as he might though, he's still not so good with a spoon or a fork, but he does occasionally try! The stairs a a fav right now and we let him go up on his own. The down part, we're still working on. He just doesn't completely get that he can't just step right off and land upright without effort.
