I know, enough already with the walking talk -- but I just can't get over how cute it is to watch Vin walking around. What an amazing milestone. Not to mention that for about a week now he's also figured out how to stand himself up without needing another object to do it. He gets on his hands and knees, sticks his bum way up in the air and stands straight up. Cracks me up.
One of his favorite things to do right now is "go boom". That's what we call it when he runs to this stack of super soft floor pillows we have down for him and jumps into them. He giggles and giggles and never seems to tire of it.
It's also great to see that he's really understanding us, even though he still says very few words. Well, actually he has a ton of words and is constantly babbling, we just can't understand very many of them! We can ask him to go get something in particular (like his car) and he does it. He also knows what he should and shouldn't have -- like the remote and our cell phones -- and boy does he LOVE sneaking away with them! The look he gets on his face is priceless -- so full of mischief and absolutely thrilled at the same time. Of course this has been going on for some time as well.
