The beautiful Meadowdale Beach hike may only be 2.5 miles round trip, but it's quite the hill (450 foot drop)! Mommy handled the stroller on the downhill and daddy handled the second (worst) half of the uphill. The trail washed out in two places last year so it was a bit difficult to navigate, but we managed. Vin had quite the off-roading experience! We would have let him walk, but he just isn't quite strong or balanced enough yet to handle a hike like this. Soon enough though.
And the poor neglected doggies got a much needed workout too. Maddy couldn't even keep her eyes open on the way home ... of course now it's dinner time and guess who just woke up on cue to remind us?
