I was going to try and post some pics that Nick took on NYE, but we somehow forgot to get a copy before he returned home ... and he's a busy guy. So here are a few, some taken by us and some by Corre. Overall, it was a fun party. Yes, it can be done with kids! Tons of great food was brought by all, lots of yummy beer and wine, and we went though at least 7 bottles of various apple ciders (and there were only 2 pregnant women at the party, so I can't explain that one). We were all a bit more mellow than in previous years, but honestly I don't think any of our bodies can handle the parties of the past, nor could our kids! Ha!
Vincent didn't quite make it until midnight, but he did stay up and play with the other kiddos past his bedtime (9:30) and went down without much of a fuss (good thing for white noise machines). Just maybe we'll even do it again next year ...
