Given the options, Vincent still seems to prefer his binkie, but that does appear to be slowly changing.
Even here you can see that he's comparing his own hand to the teether hand grams and gramps got his for xmas. He just hasn't quite figured out yet how to get it in his mouth. He'll get it eventually, I'm sure.
