Since Vincent started walking Kramer just isn't quite sure what to do with him. Vin makes him nervous. So mostly we just let Maddy play with him. She will tolerate just about anything. Vin sits on her, grabs and pulls her hair, drops things on her (usually not on purpose) ... and her defense is to lick him until he stops. The licks send him running and laughing which is hilarious to watch. They even share toys really well.
