People said once we had a child of our own that our dogs would cease being "like our children". And they were right - but that doesn't mean we love them any less!! In fact, we love them even more for being so wonderful and careful with little Vincent. Maddy occasionally tries to give Vincent a drive-by kiss when he's at her level in the bouncy seat (we've allowed a couple kisses to the top of the head), and Kramer sometimes wants to cuddle with him at night (we let him sleep at the foot of the bed instead), but we have been so relieved that there have been no signs of jealousy at this point. And, as you can see, we still manage to take of few pics of them among the 900 a day we take of Vincent!! (BTW, Kramer is actually yawning in this picture, not growling!)
